The world of work is changing rapidly due to the ongoing global turbulence and technological disruptions. As a result, most leaders are faced with the question of how to build a sustainable organisation with a healthy economic engine.
In 2012, CCI Professional was conceptualised to respond to this challenge. The core belief that drives us is that human capital is not a pool of wealth but the foundation on which all other capital pools are built. Therefore, the reason why we exist is to:

How does one accurately calculate the value of an organisation? According to the S&P 500 indicators, the capital value of representative organisations during the mid-1970s was a 5:1 ratio between tangible and intangible assets. During the past five decades, this ratio not only switched but current estimates point towards a 10:1 ratio, in favour of intangible assets. Considering this reality, human capital is one of the largest intangible asset classes. For this reason, CCI Professional Pty Ltd was established in 2016.
